Property Checks:
We have several plans available to check on nearly any type of property you rent or own. We would welcome the chance to speak with you about your specific property and help determine which plan would provide you the peace of mind you need. Our services include checking outside or inside your property, or both. We are available for occupied and vacant properties. We are also able to check on your commercial properties, rentals, and stored personal property such as RV’s, boats, and trailers.
Outside the Property
- Walk the perimeter of the property
- Verify doors and windows are secure
- Confirm lawn/grounds are being properly maintained
- Confirm pool/spa are being properly maintained
- Collect fliers, mail, and packages
- Confirm trash has been properly disposed
